Velyn studio operates on a slow-made, handcrafted philosophy. Each piece is made to order with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring an artisanal quality that mass production cannot replicate.
Domestic orders within Cyprus are processed within 7-10 business days and shipped via local courier services. International shipping timelines vary by destination, typically arriving between 2-3 weeks from the date of dispatch.
All parcels are tracked and insured. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Larnaca studio.
Return Policy
At Velyn, we create slowly and with intention. Each piece is handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and care.
Due to the artisanal nature of our process and the custom production of each item, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or presents a structural defect, we are committed to making it right.
Please contact us at info@velynstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
